For a long time, I have been struggling with childhood trauma and was unsure where to begin the healing process or what treatment would be most effective for me. In the past, I was often prescribed the same medication that previous doctors had given me, without receiving a thorough assessment or diagnosis.

This is the first time a doctor has taken the time to properly explain my condition and help me understand what has been affecting me. Through this process, I have been diagnosed with PTSD and have started a treatment plan that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), further medical assessments, and appropriate medication.

Having a clearer understanding of what has been affecting me, along with the treatment plan now in place, has given me reassurance, hope, and a sense of direction moving forward. Viva Doctor Viva
